I'm On My Way!

My goal of losing 30 pounds is underway and I'm way excited to see how I do. I've gone 2 weeks now and 3 pounds have been lost. I know it's not that much but, I am really proud of myself and I am noticing a little more energy too :) I wanted to share what I am doing as far as exercise. It's kicking my butt and I'm sore after every workout :)

I know I won't look like Julianne when I'm done but, more energy and a few pant sizes are enough to make me happy.

Good job Amber! One of my New Years resolutions is to get toned again. I miss my dance body. I have wanted to buy that workout. Is is fun? I like the video's that incorporate dance:)
